Oh my goodness! We are heading into our last week of school. It is surreal. Just think for a moment, remember our first day of school? Doesn't that feel like yesterday? I can remember every second of that day and it definitely does not seem like very long ago. At the same time, I am already thinking about the first day of school next year. This time of year is nuts. It is so busy I can't even keep track from one week to the next. I was laying in bed Saturday morning, wondering why my body felt like it had been hit by a truck, when I realized Field Day was last Wednesday! It seemed like at least a week ago. I even forgot to mention it in the ROCKstar Report. Our first field day was a huge success and that is in great part to all of you! Thank you to all of our parent volunteers who helped that morning. That is not a small job and we could not have done it without you.
Also, last week, our PTC spoiled us with all kinds of goodies. They have taken bargain shopping to another level and our teachers and staff reaped the rewards, for sure! Thank you for making us feel so loved.
Parent Survey: Each year, we will share a parent survey to get your feedback. This year is especially important being our very first year. You are all very important members of our community and we value your feedback. The information you provide will be very helpful as we plan for our next year. Please complete this survey by Thursday, 5/30. My goal is to share the feedback with you by next Friday, 5/31.

End of Year Book Fair:
Yearbooks: Student yearbooks will be distributed on Tuesday. If you did not purchase one, there are a few available in the office for $50 cash or check made out to Westbrook Elementary. If you do not get one of those, you can use the information above to purchase one. Yearbooks ordered through this link will be sent to your house.

LAST CHANCE- PTC Board Nominations: Please don't hesitate to add your name to the list for our PTC board positions. We are in need of a treasurer. No experience necessary!
