Happy Sunday! The Westbrook Elf has been causing quite a stir around Westbrook this month. The kids' excitement is the absolute best. The elf is only out from 7:25-7:40am but conversations last the entire day. This week will be just as great. The elf and I have been talking and the elf has some pretty fun things planned. Eek, I can't wait!!

This coming week is also going to be great for many other reasons! Keep reading for more info.

Skate Night: This Wednesday, December 13, from 6-8pm is skate night. Please come and bring your entire family. The kids have so much fun even though they are falling left and right. It is great to see the kids stick to it and keep trying. That is such an important skill for them to learn! I can't wait to see you.

Craft Fair and More! Thursday, December 14, from 6-8pm: This Thursday evening is a big night! The neighborhood Santa will be driving by Westbrook! While you are waiting, we will have food trucks and a local craft fair. I have gotten a sneak peak at some of the items being sold at the fair and they are nothing short of incredible. There are many Westbrook specific items and even teacher gifts. Come shop and hang out with our amazing community! 

The Hopes and Wishes Mailbox has arrived! You can find the mailbox outside our front office. Please use it yourself and encourage your children to use it. We have many elves on the ready to make it magical. Also, we will have information about how you can get involved if you are interested. The potential is something special and the goal is to share this treasure with our entire community. We are so glad you are part of it!

See's Candies to support K-Kids: If you are going to buy See's Candies for the holidays this year support our K-Kids Club while you are at it. K-Kids/Kiwanis Club See's Candy Store is open daily from 10-6, at the corner of Pleasant Grove and Foothills. It is behind the ARCO gas station, in the back of the center, next to Beach Hut Deli. Tell your friends and family!

December Dress Up Days: So, you can plan your child's wardrobe accordingly, these will be our December dress up days.

Happy Sunday, Families! In true Westbrook style, we are finishing the year with a bang! Our First Responders Day was absolutely amazing and there were so many of our parents participating! What a gift! I don't think I will surprise anyone when I say I think it will be even bigger next year!  This image is funny because A) we are almost at the end of the school year and B) I will be on you about parking lot procedures next year, too!! 😂 Field Day: Field Day is this Wednesday! It is going to be so fun. This is not an event where parents can come watch, but you can definitely come help!
